After verification, our team makes a final decision. Approved cases are added to the next weekly batch. Rejected cases receive a reason by email - you can reapply after addressing the issue.

Common Questions
Anyone with a genuine outstanding loan - personal, home, vehicle, education, business, or credit card - who is facing financial hardship and cannot meet repayments. You must be an Indian resident, 21–65 years old, with valid PAN card and loan documentation.
You will receive an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include inability to verify the loan, documents not matching, or the loan not meeting our criteria. You may reapply after addressing the issue.
Initial review: 2–3 working days. Verification: 3–5 working days. Once approved, you are added to the next weekly batch and your case study goes live within 7 days of approval.
Yes. Beneficiary accounts can Support to other case studies - in fact, it is encouraged. Supporting others while going through hardship is the spirit of this community.
Case study progress is tracked publicly in real time. Payouts are handled directly - the beneficiary receives the raised amount after the case study closes, which is confirmed by admin before transfer.
Razorpay (credit card, debit card, netbanking, wallet) and UPI (manual screenshot upload). Both are available for contributions.
The minimum contribution is ₹100. There is no upper limit. You can Support to multiple case studies.
